Spirits Dispersed

Only yesterday, they had still been nameless spirits; by morning, they had taken human form. Just as curiosity faded, confusion returned. Looking around, they felt lost, uncertain where to go. Their hearts trembled, fearful that the curse might return. Though the form had changed, the spirit remained unsettled, and their steps faltered as they set foot upon a new path.
