Restless Night

After a chaotic, nightmarish night, another spirit joined the whispers at her side, speaking day and night. She had to close her doors tightly, soothing them with ever-longer melodies. Even so, the overwhelming confusion and grief struck her heart like sharp spears, shattering her from within.
